These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website operated by Dreamlove Studio (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Studio”) and the purchase of artworks or related goods (“Works”) offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Disclaimer

The information and materials presented on this website are provided for general informational purposes only. The Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on this site or the products offered.

2. Studio Identity

Dreamlove Studio operates as an independent art studio. All references to “Studio,” “we,” or “our” refer to Dreamlove Studio and its authorized representatives.

3. Works Offered

All Works made available through this website are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offering at our sole discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted at the Studio’s sole discretion and are not binding until confirmed in writing by us.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

The Studio arranges shipment using carriers of its choice.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the Work is delivered to the carrier.
Shipping may be available within the United States and to select international destinations.
The purchaser is responsible for any additional costs associated with international delivery, including customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges determined by the destination country.
Delivery times and availability may vary by region.

Some works may be produced on a made-to-order basis. Any relevant production or preparation timelines are noted on the individual product page for that work. All timeframes are approximate and may vary.

Packaging and presentation methods are determined at the Studio’s sole discretion. The Studio makes no warranties regarding the protective qualities, durability, or chemical composition of any packaging materials used. Title and risk of loss transfer to the carrier regardless of the packaging method or materials.

6. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Works are offered as-is and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All details regarding each Work, including dimensions, materials, and presentation, are fully provided in the product description. By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have reviewed all product details, images, and descriptions and understand the characteristics of the Work as presented.

The Studio does not provide any guarantee, warranty, or promise regarding color, appearance, size, material, or suitability for any purpose. Responsibility for proper handling, storage, display, and care rests entirely with the purchaser.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser once the Work is delivered to the carrier. Any claims related to damage, loss, or condition in transit must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, shipment, display, storage, or use of any Work (regardless of whether such Work is printed, hand-sewn, painted, or otherwise produced), including but not limited to claims based on negligence, misrepresentation, or breach of contract.

Product Nature & Use: Purchaser acknowledges that Works (including but not limited to bags, textiles, and accessories) are delicate art objects and are not designed or manufactured for heavy, industrial, or standard daily utility. The Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from any and all use, handling, storage, or exposure to the Work.

Material & Chemical Composition: The Studio makes no representations or warranties regarding the chemical, structural, or hypoallergenic properties of any components used in the creation of the Work, including but not limited to all textiles, adhesives, pigments, and hardware. All risks associated with the materials, known or unknown, are assumed entirely by the purchaser.

Property & Personal Effects: The Studio assumes no responsibility or liability for damage, staining, or loss to any personal property, contents, or belongings of any kind—including, without limitation, cosmetics, electronics, or apparel—arising from the use, failure, or proximity of the Work.

Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk: Use and display of the Work is at the purchaser’s sole risk. The Studio is not liable for any physical or allergic reactions to materials used in any Work. The Studio shall not be held responsible for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from the use of the Work by individuals of any age.

Adult Use & Child Safety: All Works and their associated packaging are intended for adult collection and decorative purposes only. No Work offered by the Studio—including art prints and paintings—is a toy or intended for use by minors. The Studio assumes no liability for any injury, hazard, or claim arising from the use of the Work by, or exposure of the Work to, individuals under the age of 18.

Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the Work giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images and text, is owned by or licensed to the Studio. No use, reproduction, or distribution is permitted without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction in which the Studio is registered. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Studio and the purchaser with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and any statements, descriptions, or representations made elsewhere on this site or in any communication, these Terms shall prevail. No statement or representation shall create any warranty, obligation, or liability of the Studio beyond what is expressly set forth herein.
