What paper are prints on?

Giclée prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a 100% cotton archival paper with a smooth matte finish.

How are prints shipped?

Each print is shipped flat to preserve its quality and avoid curling. Packaging is designed to ensure the safest possible delivery. Shipping methods are determined at the checkout process.

When will my order ship?

For prints: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days using the method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

How can I purchase an original painting?

Original paintings are unique works priced individually. Some may be available for direct purchase, while others require prior contact to confirm details before sale. Please reach out through the contact form for availability or acquisition inquiries.

Where do you ship?

Orders are currently shipped within the United States and to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country upon delivery.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 48 hours with photos so we can review the situation and assist where possible.

Are colors or textures exactly as shown online?

Each artwork and print is carefully produced to reflect the artist’s intent, but colors, textures and tones may vary slightly due to individual screen settings or lighting. Such variations are normal and not considered defects.
